We accept STL files from all major scanner platforms, including Dentsply Sirona (CEREC Connect), DS Core, iTero, 3Shape, and Medit. Prefer traditional methods? No problem—we also welcome conventional impressions. Whether digital or physical, your case will be handled with precision, care, and efficiency.

Review Rx/STL

Our team reviews each digital or paper Rx and evaluates STL files before production begins.

Confirm Due Date

The case is scheduled and logged into our workflow system with a verified return date.

Assign Tag

Each case is tagged by due date using a color-coded system to ensure tracking and timely workflow.

CAD/CAM MillinG

Your restoration is digitally designed and precision-milled using zirconia or EMAX materials.

Hand Inspection

Every case is inspected by hand for contact, occlusion, shade, and anatomical accuracy.

Delivery  &Pickup

Completed cases are shipped or delivered based on your preferences and location eligibility.

Frequently Asked Questions

Welcome to our FAQ section where we provide answers to common inquiries about our dental products and services. We understand that you may have questions, and we're here to provide the information you need. If you don't find the answer you're looking for, feel free to reach out to us directly.

  • What is your turnaround time?
    Most cases are completed within 5 business days from the date of receipt. Implant cases and specialty restorations may require up to 2 weeks depending on complexity. We maintain a color-coded/ID tracking system to ensure every case stays on schedule.
  • What scanners do you support?
    T-Squared Dental Lab accepts STL files from all major intraoral scanners, including: iTero 3Shape TRIOS Medit Carestream Planmeca DentsplySirona - CEREC CONNECT DSCore We support both open-source and closed-system exports. If you're unsure how to connect, refer to our scanner connection guide below.
  • How do I connect my scanner?
    Each scanner platform has its own steps. Here's a quick reference: Still need help or don't see the scanner platform you have? Call us at (256) 747-5364 for step-by-step support.
  • What materials do you use?
    We offer a full range of high-quality dental materials including: Zirconia (standard, high-translucency, and layered) EMAX crowns and bridges PFM (porcelain-fused-to-metal) PMMA temporaries Full cast metal crowns Implant-grade titanium and alloy Night guards (soft, hard, dual-laminate) All zirconia is manufactured in the United States and hand-inspected for accuracy and esthetics.
  • Can I request a pickup?
    Yes! We offer local pickup and delivery within a designated radius from Cullman, AL. Call us at (256) 747-5364 to confirm if your practice qualifies. We’ll also provide custom-labeled bags or shipping materials upon request.
  • Do you accept traditional impressions?
    Absolutely. We continue to support traditional workflows with the same attention to detail as our digital cases. Simply download and complete our Rx Form, then send it with your physical impressions. For local clients, pickup may be available—call to confirm. We’ll begin processing your case upon receipt and follow our standard turnaround timeline.
