What is your turnaround time?Most cases are completed within 5 business days from the date of receipt. Implant cases and specialty restorations may require up to 2 weeks depending on complexity. We maintain a color-coded/ID tracking system to ensure every case stays on schedule.

What scanners do you support?T-Squared Dental Lab accepts STL files from all major intraoral scanners, including: iTero 3Shape TRIOS Medit Carestream Planmeca We support both open-source and closed-system exports. If you're unsure how to connect, refer to our scanner connection guide below.

What materials do you use?We offer a full range of high-quality dental materials including: Zirconia (standard, high-translucency, and layered) EMAX crowns and bridges PFM (porcelain-fused-to-metal) PMMA temporaries Full cast metal crowns Implant-grade titanium and alloy Night guards (soft, hard, dual-laminate) All zirconia is manufactured in the United States and hand-inspected for accuracy and esthetics.

Can I request a pickup?Yes! We offer local pickup and delivery within a designated radius from Cullman, AL. Call us at (256) 747-5364 to confirm if your practice qualifies. We’ll also provide custom-labeled bags or shipping materials upon request.

Do you accept traditional impressions?Absolutely. We continue to support traditional workflows with the same attention to detail as our digital cases. Simply download and complete our Rx Form, then send it with your physical impressions. For local clients, pickup may be available—call to confirm. We’ll begin processing your case upon receipt and follow our standard turnaround timeline.
